How do I determine my correct shirt size?
We offer two primary fits: Slim and Classic. You can find a detailed size guide on each product page with instructions on how to measure your neck, sleeve length, and chest for the perfect fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 60 days of purchase. Items must have original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you offer custom tailoring or alterations?
Yes, we provide sleeve shortening and other minor alterations for a small fee. Please note that altered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How should I care for my Ledbury shirts?
To maintain the quality of the fine Italian fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Professional laundering is also an excellent option for a crisp finish.
